4. Design Development

Once a concept is approved, we refine the details—materials, finishes, layout, and structure—while preparing drawings for permits and planning.

5. Permits & Coordination

We handle zoning, building codes, and permit filings. We also coordinate with engineers and consultants as needed to move your project forward.
